GRAND CANYON, Ariz. — More than 20 people are missing or unaccounted for after flash floods swept through the Grand Canyon on Saturday, the National Park Service said, appealing to the public for assistance in locating them. The service announced the search effort Saturday, noting that hazardous conditions persist and that additional resources have been deployed to aid in the rescue effort. The report was filed by 9News.
