U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has not paid UCHealth for immigrant health care since last year. The unpaid costs for services provided to patients have reached $4 million and continue to grow over time.

UCHealth is currently awaiting payment for these medical services. The hospital is maintaining its hope that it will eventually be reimbursed for the outstanding amount. Reporting was provided by CPR News.
