Douglas County School District students, affected by consolidations, to start at new schools

The Douglas County School District Board of Education unanimously voted last year to consolidate six Highlands Ranch elementary schools. These consolidations are set to begin during the 2026-2027 school year.

Students affected by these changes will start at new schools once the consolidation process begins. This decision follows the formal vote taken by the district’s Board of Education to reorganize several elementary locations within the Highlands Ranch area.
