WIRE LEAD — MIAMI — An Amazon cargo plane overran a runway at Miami International Airport just after 2 p.m. Tuesday, sending up a billowing cloud of smoke, the Federal Aviation Administration said. The aircraft had arrived from San Juan, Puerto Rico. The FAA reported no immediate injuries. The incident was first reported by FOX31 Denver.
